Good for most cooking needs
Bought this due to the potential “double oven” feature. I have used once, and worked well. Rapid boil is fantastic. The broiler however, is less than steller. Good for toasting breads, but, really terrible for meat. Food in the oven comes out evenly cooked and cooks faster due to the convection feature. Also love the warming burner on top. The controls take some getting used to because of all the features on this product. Overall, I’m satisfied with this product. Might not buy again however because I use my broiler a lot and was quite disappointed.

Love my new stove!!! Even during the biggest sales of the year at all the appliance stores, department stores, home improvement stores and online this was by far the cheapest price. Came delivered by truck all packaged nicely and dropped at my door. Love that you can cook at 2 different temps and it has the warming burner. There is so much room on the inside and 3 racks.

I absolutely love this range. I do have to keep my manual handy because it’s definitely an upgrade from my old one. The double oven 1 door feature is brilliant!
Great oven but…

Id would like to give this oven five stars as I love the solution to offering both a dual oven and a full sized oven in one package HOWEVER… the partition switch is poorly designed in that the switch has to be pressed nearly all the way down by the partition to be recognized by the oven, so even vibrations from putting something in or out of the oven would be sufficient to turn off the switch, thereby causing the oven to turn off. Repairman actually had to adjust the switch itself to get it to work properly as his first attempt to fix it by replacing the switch failed. Love the oven but I think Samsung should take another look at that switch.
The good, the bad, and the ugly…

There are many fine features on this oven. I use the upper oven most of the time as there are usually only 2 of us. However, on the occasions I have needed a dual oven, this has met my needs nicely. I also enjoy the burner size choices on the range. However, there are some issues that should be addressed by Samsung in future models. The range top scratches and chips VERY easily, and being cosmetic, is not covered under the warranty. It is also hard to keep clean as it is solid black and shows any speck of food or dust. I am super careful with my appliances and was shocked and devastated when a spoon dropped from a pan edge and chipped the outer edge of the stovetop! Also, when we came back from a trip the clock was off by several minutes and the stove would turn on as expected but not turn off unless I pulled out the divider and created an “error”. We flipped the breaker to the stove and it reset the electronics. Everything works again but we are concerned that it happened, as the appliance is gently used and only 2 years old. (We are retired and have no children living at home.) Seems like a pretty expensive appliance to have those problems.
