It is the best diet for delay the onset of high BP as diet included lesser amount of calories and saturated fats. It contains the products which are high in whole grains, fruits, vegetables and legumes.

High amount of sodium intake is very bad for people with High Blood Pressure. You have to intake the foods which have less amount of salt or sodium. Even studies said that one should have less than 2.4 g sodium per day. It is equal to a spoon of salt per day. If you will lessen the intake of salt then will prove very effective. You should also lessen the intake of potassium intake. It would prove the effective natural remedy for high blood pressure. Also, maintain distance from junk foods, fried foods and processed foods.

Drinking good amount of fluids during the day is good idea to keep blood pressure in control. You should drink water equal to the 50% of your whole body weight. like if you are having 150 pounds then you need to drink about 75 ounces of water daily. Drinking high amount of alcohol can gives way to High Blood Pressure so, you should either avoid it or take moderate amount of the same. You can take some supplements in your foods and diet for controlling the blood pressure as it is effective natural remedy for high blood pressure.
