Lactaid fast act helps prevent the gas, bloating, or diarrhea that many people may experience after eating foods containing dairy. How does Lactaid fast act supplement work? Lactaid helps prevent symptoms by breaking down milk sugar (lactose) and making dairy foods easier to digest. It is not a drug, but a dietary supplement containing the natural lactase enzyme. Lactaid works naturally and may be used by everyone ages 4 years and up. Why is Lactaid fast act better than ultra? Lactaid starts working quickly, so more milk sugar (lactose) can be broken down overall. Lactaid starts working more than two times faster than any ultra strength product available. Same convenient single pill dose. How do you use Lactaid fast act supplement? Swallow 1 caplet with your first bite of dairy food. If necessary, you may swallow 2 caplets at one time. If you continue to eat foods containing dairy after 30-45 minutes, we recommend taking another caplet. How often can you use Lactaid Fast Act Supplement? Lactaid Fast Act Supplement may be used every time you eat foods containing dairy. Can be used with every meal and snack, every day.

I’ve been using Lactaid for over a decade, and up until recently, almost on a daily basis. I’ve had regular lactose intolerance for quite some time. I’ve tried only using it when drinking milk or eating cheese or having ice cream, but because of my condition I ended up using it on a daily basis…. Either that, I just simply avoided ingesting dairy products because it was inconvenient to carry then take the pills 30 minutes prior to eating dairy. You simply have to be very organized to remember to pack these pills everywhere you go. I realized I wanted to find a long-term solution to this problem about 3 months ago – to not have to take a pill every single time I wanted to drink milk. While I can attest to how well these Lactaid pills work, I can also say caring pills around whenever you’re out about town or when you happen to want to slice of pizza can be somewhat inconvenient, despite how small the pills are. They coming sheets that you can cut and put in your purse or in your wallet.
It works, but experiment!

I’ve spent all but a couple of months of my nearly sixty years on this planet enjoying the benefits of my Northern European heritage’s effective little mutation that enables me to eat dairy past my childhood years…until a month or so into chemo. I suddenly found myself suffering more than the usual gastrointestinal side effects after eating dairy, which is a bit of a problem considering its fouundational role in my diet. It took me a while to self-diagnose, but once I did (admittedly thinking “This can’t be happening to me, I have a lactase persistence gene!”) I contacted the oncologist who then referred me to a nutritionist, who recommended Lactaid.
Finally relief for my newly diagnosed lacto intolerant kid.

I feel like such a bad mom! My daughter has been complaining about her stomach & gastro distress for over a year but we just chalked it up to various things like eating too much, not enough, not enough water, etc. Finally I started to connect the dots and realized she was complaining after eating dairy. So I ordered these chewable tablets for her to try out. Lo and behold a tablet plus anything with dairy prevents her stomach from getting upset. If she has ice cream she will need 2 tablets. Otherwise, one seems to be fine. She said the tablets tasted like chalk at first, but now she says she doesn’t mind at all and is getting really prepared by having them with her all the time. I am going to be ordering these over and over now, and I may try getting her the pills soon. So relieved that this was a pretty easy fix for her – poor kid. Eek.

Unfortunately sometimes too much dairy and me do not get along. This is a great way to enjoy dairy without needing to rush to the bathroom after eating. These come individual paper squares that are connected in sheets. You just tear off a square and then open it to get one tablet. It makes it quick and easy to use. I don’t need to worry about if I am going to eat dairy while out, I can just pop a tablet (or two) as needed. I have seen online you can buy these in a pill bottle form, but I wouldn’t want my purse to jingle from the pills rattling in the bottle. Another bonus I can see for guys is since they come in flat sheets you can easily put them in your wallet. This is a great price for these and am happy I got them from amazon.
They work! And small enough to carry.

I didn’t grow up being lactose intolerant. After a stint in the hospital where I was on some serious antibiotics, my stomach and GI tract were never the same. I didn’t realize what happened until months later but I was now lactose intolerant. I tried to get on some probiotics quickly but it was too late. The gut flora in my stomach had changed. I ordered these pills and they’ve been AMAZING! It works…most of the time. I have to take 2 pills at times when I’m enjoying pizza or some kind of cheesy pasta but it works. I only wonder how long I’ll have to keep taking these and truly hope my body gets it’s gut flora back in action because I sometimes forget to carry these around. Here’s a quick tip, buy 2 boxes and start divvying them up in different locations. I’ve put some at my work, friends’ homes, in my car, my wallet, and any other place I frequent. Without them, I’d be out of luck for sure!
Eat this and be fine

This lets me eat stuff that would otherwise make me painfully gassy. Welcome back to my life fresh cheeses, ice cream and whipped cream.

I drink milkshakes and I am lactose intolerant. I often forget to take these with the first sip of the milkshake but I take them as soon as I remember and they still work just fine. I take three because the milkshakes are large, 2 at he start and one more halfway through. They work great. I like the way the pills are packaged because It allows me to to put some in the kitchen and elsewhere in the house, thus making it less likely for me to forget. I prefer this method of dealing with the intolerance to lactose as opposed to buying the the Lactaid milk and ice cream. It is more convenient and I believe more cost effective as well as providing more milk based choices in flavors and quantities.

My 10 year old daughter was diagnosed as lactose intolerant. She has severe debilitating stomach cramps anytime she eats anything with even a tiny amount of dairy in it. Her doctor recommended the Lactaid, and said to give her 1/2 of the chewable tablet right before she eats or drinks anything with dairy in it. It really worked! My daughter is now able to consume dairy without the debilitating stomach pains! She is so excited to be able to have cereal with real milk, ice cream, cheese etc. This product is amazing. I’m so thankful that there’s something like this available for my daughter and others like her.

It just works. I’ve been lactose intolerant since puberty, thanks to genetics. I’ve been using one variety of Lactaid or another since that time. These caplets are my favorite. They don’t taste like milk chalk, whereas the chewable tablets…well… They are small and easy to swallow. You may be tempted to buy cheaper generics, but most of the time they are labelled to where you need 2-3 of them equal one Fast Act (like the old Lactaid), so any savings is usually moot. And being able to get it from Amazon saves me a lot of hassle, because it is easier to remember (can even subscribe and save) and because stores usually charge extra for it.
