I had to return these. Based off of other reviews I got a size large. I’m a sm/med in regular clothes and they fit a bit big, the real problem was they are super bulky, wouldn’t even fit under my snowboarding pants. The padding is pretty hard core so I guess if you can get the fit right they’d be helpful. I ended up buying padded cycling shorts, no hip padding but the perfect amount on the butt/tailbone area and they fit seamless like underwear!
I’m no powerlifter but do squat 2x a week and they fit great on me

Fits well, for reference I am a snowboarder, 6’1″ 180 lbs, 32″ waist, I ordered the L (EU)=XL and it fits firmly but not too tight, could go up 4-5 inches in the waist and still fit. Legs are the same, could have fairly thick thighs and be ok, I’m no powerlifter but do squat 2x a week and they fit great on me. Padding is well placed, you dont need any in the front since the only thing that would impact would be your knees/elbows/face and you could always get kneepads. The pads themselves are dense but lightweight and don’t restrict movement and thick enough to absorb falls but thin enough to fit well under your regular snowbard/ski pants. Value for the money seems to be excellent as well.
Not too bulky, average protection.

I bought to for snowboarding and I was glad I had them on on my wipe outs. The padding is not a lot of protection, so if you fall on your butt you’ll still feel the most of it, but it softened the fall a bit. It’s not too bulky, so it’s not noticeable if you wearing it or not. The material is a little itchy, so make sure to wear something underneath. Overall, it’s nice to have it for occasional safety, but if you fall a lot or hard, you’ll need more protection.
I took a bad fall on ice in December and decided to buy these to protect my hip bones. They fit perfectly and did not give me a feel of physical restriction. Somehow they are not nicely finished on the inside and seams were chafing my inner thighs on the first day. The next day I decided to wear long underpants and that worked great, except I was dressed too warm and started sweating.
Great for the price
These are much cheaper than some other options. They have worked great for two weeks of snowboarding. I have crashed onto my butt plenty of times, and these shorts have performed extremely well. For the price, you can’t do much better than these shorts. They fit under my ski pants well, and I completely forget I’m wearing them.
Great for Snowboarding!

Bought these for a snowboarding trip I took this last year. In the past, if things get icy and you fall at slow speeds, you can destroy your tailbone. The padding in the seat of these has sort of a triangle pad that works great to prevent that sort of thing. It also has the hip padding which can be handy as well. Not super heavy duty, but for basically a padded undergarment, it’s totally fine. For the price, you can’t go wrong with a pair of these. One of those things that’s a great addition to your snowboard/ski setup.
Good value padded shorts!
I got these for dirt biking, and they are good. I wanted some butt padding for those hard dirt bike seats. These shorts are a good value, you can’t go wrong choosing these docoolers. Buy a size or two larger than your undershorts. At a 34 inch waist the XL is just large enough, I could wear a 2xl also.

Before I purchased this product, I researched different products from this website and compare their prices and features. Of all shorts that I saw with similar features, this is the cheapest. I was hesitant because I’ve read a lot of negative reviews about this product like “you get what you pay for”. I read a few reviews that this comes in smaller sizes. So, I purchased 2 size bigger than my normal. I’m usually size medium but I order XL. When I received this product, I was heading to the mountain to ski, so I used them right away. The fit was perfect, the materials were good, the pads were good. This product is AWESOME. Just get 2 size bigger than you normally wear and everything else is good.
does its job,
does its job, my butt is only a little sore from all the falls snowboarding
