eh, it wasn’t my son’s favorite – too small for my 3 year old

I got Rody for my 3 year old son. He is into cars, toy guns, and climbing on everything. I figured as an active boy he would enjoy this bouncer. This was just a miss, he has rarely jumped on it – and when he gets on it is more to jump off and fall like he is a stuntman. I blew this up fully, probably even over inflated as Rody is looking quite chubby, but it is just too short for my 3 year old son. I think he may have enjoyed a bouncer if his legs barely touched the ground when sitting on it. If you 2-3 year old is on the shorter side I think this could be an enjoyable toy. It can definitely take at least 50 lbs of weight jumping as my 7 year old every once in a while tries jumping on him too.

Defective feet but daughter loves it!

I don’t usually review items but I thought I should share my experience. My sister has one at her house, and my daughter loved it! So we decided to order it. The first rody we received could barely stand on its own due to defective manufacturing. One of the feet was smaller and softer than the others. We returned it thinking that we just received a bad one. When we received the second one, it had the same issue but on two feet. At least this one is somewhat balanced, so we kept it since our 17 month old loves bouncing on it. We just have to stay next to her in case it topples over. Oh and as other reviewers have mentioned, the stench is a bit overwhelming! A sickly sweet smell. I don’t think it is worth the price.

Quality product, but fun factor wears out quick

Got this for my two year old son for Christmas. He seemed to enjoy it for a little bit, but now it pretty much sits in the corner. This product seems to have better quality than the others in its category and it’s why I spent the extra money on it. It retains air well. Haven’t had any issues in over a month since I owned it. Will try to get my son to play with it more.

I bought this based on all the good reviews but my two year old really hasn’t played with it much. When I first gave it to her she was really excited about it but she’s like that with anything new.She hopped right on it and tried to bounce.I was afraid she was going to fall off and hurt herself. It almost seems too small, like it’s just hard for her to bounce on it.Shes had it several months now and she calls it her pony but she rarely gets on it.When she does it’s only for a few seconds then she’s done.

So much fun for kids of all ages!

Oh my goodness! There isn’t a toy in my house that gets used more than Rody. Rody is loved by my toddler and my kindergartener! I’ve often thought of getting a second Rody, but we just don’t have room in our house. Rody isn’t very easy to store, so he takes up some space in our crowded living room. But, our kids get such a kick out of bouncing on him and riding him around the downstairs. He’s very durable and can survive some “high jumps” from both of my kids (and my husband). Rody doesn’t sit too high off the ground, so when my two year old falls off of him I don’t worry too much. Overall, it’s a great toy and my kids love it. We’ve had it for about 3 years now without any troubles. But if he did pop or break, I would replace him without hesitation.

Sturdy! and fun

Got this for our two little daughters, and they absolutely love it! Plus, it’s pretty much impossible for a little person to destroy.

Bought for my two year old. He likes it, but falls off easily. It’s a bigger hit with my small five year old. She loves it! Gets her energy out on snowy winter days! I know my two year old will like it once he gets bigger. Overall a good purchase, although a bit overpriced for what it is. My husband also thinks it smells bad. I don’t notice.

Great for my 18 month old!

I got this for my 18 month old for Christmas and she looooooves it! She can only bounce up and down on it for now (my 3 year old can bounce the bigger one around the room ) My daughter is on the smaller size for her age and gets on and off the horse without issue. She also loves to give it a kiss. Super cute toy which also helps burn some extra winter energy . This horse is to small for my 3.5 year old so we bought him the larger version of this horse

Bouncy horses are so much fun!

We bought this for a friend’s son for a Christmas gift. It was a hit! It was very easy to blow up using a bike pump. You can blow it up less to make it usable for smaller kids or blow it up large for bigger kids. It bounces really great. It’s super low to the ground, making it safe for kids to use on any type of flooring so if they fall off they won’t get hurt. This has become our go to present for kids!
