I can't move that well, I had a total disc replacement at L5-S1 (lower back), I am only 28 years old and stuck on a cane for the rest of my life. I have minimal movement, I try to strech my back out, do what exercises I can do and I don't eat hardly any "unhealthy" food or "bad for your diet" food. I am just wanting to lose weight. I still have alot of muscle on me from before my injury but my muscle is hidden by fat. Can someone please help and not be a Smart@$$ about anything.
