Okay, i don't want a big lecture about how my eating habits are unhealthy because i'm aware. I have an eating disorder and i've gained a hell of a lot of weight over the past two weeks for binging. Please, do not tell me to "just eat 1200 a day and work out" I would just like a legitimate answer to my questions. I'm trying to lose 14 pounds in 14 days. i had been eating approximately 500 calories for 8 months, and i did fine. I was not dead or dying, and i didn't gain back the weight i lost. The only reason i had been bingeing is because i needed to gain 10-15Ibs to avoid being hospitalized. My metabolism is back up right now so i assume the weight will be off fast, i know it is very possible to lose a pound a day,maybe not long-term but it is

Okay I'm trying to lose 10 pounds. I'm 130 lbs, 5'5 and female. I cannot run or jog on the treadmill for more than 1 or 2 mins without feeling like I'm having a heart attack, the arm and stomach cramps ugh. What I do now is run for about 1 min, then brisk walk for 2 then repeat but it doesnt seem to work, for I've been doing this for a while now. What do you suggest?
