Name ideas for a weight loss blog?
I have been losing weight (the healthy weight... Haha pun intended), and the whole process has been absolutely inspiring to me. I have accumulated so much information about how to, not only lose weight, but keep it off, and have started to, as I like to put it, think like a skiny person, even though I would not consider myself one just yet. I would like to create a blog to help other people in my position. I was considering calling something like these:Eating like a skiny personLife like a skiny personSkinny is a state of mindA skiny relationship with foodI really want to emphisize the idea of thinking of food the way "naturally" thin people do, meaning really just thinking of it as fuel, and not emotional comfort. I have found that, if you really want to lose weight and keep it off, the best thing to do is live, not like a dieter because that often leads to binge eating, but like a naturally thin person.Please tell me any ideas you have, or ideas of mine you like to call my blog!
