How to get inspired to eat healthy and excercise !?
Hey! Well Strting December 8th 2009- January 10th 2010 I went on vacation to Latin America and they really can't stop feeding you there anyways, before that i was kinda like eating very healthy, but ever since, even when i came back, ive lost my spark in being proactive and eating good ! Also, I haven't been excercising, even though i have a gym mebership and my stomach area needs to decrease and get abs anyways, lets just say do you have tips on how to encourage myself to start being healthy and excercising again, especially so i can get fit again for the summer and now too ! im in highschool, a freshman so yeah just keeep it in mind, im busy sometimes, i get distracted easily and lots of ppl around me eat very unhealthy stufff help me find inspiration !!!! thanks

How do you use the videos with P90X?
A friend let me borrow her P90X videos. She bought them from someone else and lost the booklet and calendar and whatnot. I was able to find the eating plan online, but I have no idea how to do the rest of this program. Is it just one video per week starting with the first one? I watched the intro DVD, but that didn't really help much - except to tell me what I need and to make sure I can pass the fit test (??). Any help would be awesome!
