What is considered food that aids weight loss? What isn't?
Excuse me if this seems obvious, but my college offers a ridiculous amount of food and something I lose sight of what is actually good and what isn't. But I usually end up eating sushi, fish, and maybe some chocolate milk here and there. Actually...I drink chocolate milk with everything. What foods should I be trying to eat? What should I avoid??? Also, I hate salads...like a lot. So that's a no go.
