Has anyone bought a tinnitus book called 'Banish Tinnitus' from the internet? or anything similar.?
Is it any good? I had a severe middle ear infection last August and since then I've had hearing loss and constant ringing in my left ear which is driving me insane! I saw an ENT specialist who fitted a grommet in March but although this has improved my hearing, the ringing seems louder. I get very depressed about it and would try anything to help illiminate the ringing noise. This books cost £23.99 or $32 and guarantees the ringing to stop, some are a rip off so has anyone bought it or anything similar? Thanks

how can I help my tinnitus?
when I was little, about 5, I was diagnosed with tinnitus and I still have it about 7 years later. I was wondering if there's anything to get the noise in my ears to go away, preferably a home remedy. tinnitus has made it hard for me to sleep, and I can't concentrate while taking tests , read, or study which has caused my grades to go down.
