This can be caused by tumours in the neck or head, malformation of capillaries and atherosclerosis, this is where the artery walls thicken due to a fatty build up. This is just a small list of what could be causing your buzzing ear even head injuries and depression are known causes of tinnitus. It is very important to consult a specialist regarding your tinnitus and get a full diagnoses of your condition.
